Executive Vice President
Mr. Boldman is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the bank. He is responsible for the oversight of all legal matters involving the bank and also oversees the Human Resources, Internal Audit and Corporate Facilities departments. Prior to joining, Mr. Boldman was Deputy General Counsel of a multi-billion dollar financial services firm.
Mr. Boldman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland and received his law degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. Boldman has 13 years of industry experience.
