Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Downing is the Chief Operating Officer of VirtualBank. He is responsible for the oversight of all deposit operations, mortgage originations and servicing for the bank. Mr. Downing has been with the bank since 1999 serving in various managerial positions.
Mr. Downing has over 15 years of banking and mortgage experience, most recently with a multi-billion dollar retail banking entity
