Responsibilities:
1. (Full Time) M-F mid shift (12 PM-9PM) and evening hours (2PM-11:00PM) and includes 2 Sat or Sun per month
2. (Part Time) M-Th shift (6PM-11PM) and includes one Sat or Sun per week (9AM- 6PM)
2. Mortgage Collections or Collateral loan experience
3. Collecting 30- 90 days past due mortgage loans
4. Production oriented
5. Dependable/self starter
6. Bilingual a plus
7. 100 calls a day (take 5 payments per day or a certain number of promises etc)
8. 2nd lien experience a plus
Loss mitigation experience would be a plus
Going to come in and work harder than everyone already there (numbers driven person!!!)
Must be OK with having a headset glued to their head
Must be Ok with cubical environment, and heavily monitored work load
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 – 5 years of recent loan collection experience REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Computer skills a must (Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership qualities
