How to report suspicious activity

If you notice suspicious activity with your VirtualBank account or believe you may have entered your personal information at a fraudulent Internet website, contact a personal banker at 877-998-2265.
If you have received a suspicious email message alleging to be from VirtualBank, please forward the message to abuse@virtualbank.com

Please do not send personal information by Internet email to VirtualBank. Inquiries involving your VirtualBank account should be directed to your personal banker by telephone or a secure message sent from your VirtualBank online account.

If you do not recognize a transaction or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact your personal banker immediately.

VirtualBank will thoroughly investigate and pursue all reports of suspicious activity.
