Additional Security Features for Online Banking

To ensure your Online Banking experience is as secure as possible, VirtualBank is introducing a new layer of security that improves our ability to verify your identity when you access VIP Banking.

Increase your Online Banking security using these quick and easy steps:
  1. Create a PIN – Create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that only you know.
  2. Create a Secure Login Phrase – Enter a phrase, expression or group of words that you will recognize as the phrase you created. The phrase will act as a Sitekey and is used to help you distinguish our Banking site from a look-a-like site. When you see your phrase, which is known by only you and us, when you access online banking you can be confident that you are on the VirtualBank site and it is safe to enter your password. If you don’t see your Login Phrase, don’t enter your password.
  3. Remember Your Computer - Check “Yes” to this option if you are accessing Online Banking from a secure computer that you frequently use for online banking. The next time you access VIP Banking from this computer you will not be prompted for your PIN.
